They do not communicate well.

I rented a U-Haul that I was supposed to pick up from their facility. They called me and didn't tell me who they were, nor did they tell me what time they closed. I had to call around to various places to find out where I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul because the woman hung up before I could ask her who she was and where she was located. I traveled 400 miles to Georgetown to bring some items home, and I had to work quickly that day so that I could leave for home early the next day. Needless to say, American Mini Storage didn't pull through. They closed before I could even get there. U-Haul found another pick up site for me in Lexington, but I can say that I will never deal with American Mini Storage again. From what I could see of their facility, it looked unfinished and very muddy.
